“Milton Keynes Rugby Club were delighted to move into their new facility at Emerson Valley, but were devastated when after only a couple of months thieves decided to break in. The good side was that we had already set up a keyholding and Response Service with Risk Management Security and the exceptional response in the night eased the problem, with them taking over the situation, getting the building secure before leaving in the early hours. We have since updated the security with internal shutters at the vulnerable areas. We wish to give a big thank you to Risk Management Security Services!”

"I was particularly impressed with just how fast your company was able to respond to our request, I called before lunch, your rep was in my office by mid afternoon and the patrol was in place that night."

“We have been very impressed with the service we recently received from Risk Management Security Services. There was a totally professional approach from the initial follow up phone call to the site visit and onto the actual overnight patrols from the security guards. They very quickly identified our needs and were able to offer a 1st class service throughout. There was excellent communications from our account handler giving us confidence in their services every step of the way. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.”

“One major factor for us in choosing Risk Security Services is that they have solid links with the Thames Valley Police. They are also committed to being a local provider which allows them to understand issues that might impact on our site.”

"Your officers have been working here at the Smith Centre together for several years now. They work very well as a team and are considerate of each other. Individually they are all responsible and pro-active guards, who all do their best in whatever circumstances and conditions, (i.e. deep snow/path clearing). They are all proud of the site and of the role that they have within it. I really do feel confident that they are reliable and capable people to leave in charge of The Smith Centre site.
I do hope that Risk will be able to find some way of recognising this responsible, reliable an d sound service that we receive.”

“Darren has fitted in at Urenco with ease. He is consistently helpful and pro-active wherever possible. He is well liked by all the staff here and will often go out of his way to help others. We consider Darren to be a valuable member of the Facilities Team. His recent pass grade during Risk Management's internal audit test summarizes his professional approach to his role.
A well deserved nomination which we are delighted to make.”

"Our thanks go to Security Officer Dalton for his active monitoring of an "unusual" vehicle on site, and rapid response in making best use of the cameras to catch this illegal act which could have caused an environmental impact. He was "interrogating" the CCTV cameras and noticed a strange vehicle coming on site, which he monitored closely. This was a case of illegal oil dumping on site, He managed to get footage of the individuals, of the vehicle number plate, shots before and after to prove that the area was clean before the visit. This has now been taken up by both the Police (as part of a larger operation) and South Oxfordshire Environmental Health Department. I think recognition is very important."
